This Privacy Policy explains how PalmSensei (“PalmSensei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service operated by Amazica Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, collects, uses, retains, shares, and protects information when you use our website and palm-reading service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Palm images. When you use the Service, you upload photographs of your hands so the Service can produce a reading. These images are central to the Service.

Accessing your reading. Your reading opens in your browser at the time of purchase, and a copy is sent to your email for your records. We do not offer account login; access to a reading is provided at the time it is generated and delivered by email.

Optional birth details. If you provide a birth date, we use it only to enhance your reading.

Payment information. If you purchase a paid reading, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Usage data. We collect basic analytics (e.g., pages viewed, steps completed) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to: provide and deliver your readings; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; develop new features; process purchases; communicate with you about your reading and (with your consent) marketing; and comply with legal obligations.

How we use your email address. We use the email address you provide solely to deliver your palm reading and its keepsake PDF, to send a confirmation of your purchase, and to respond to messages you send us through our Contact page. We do not require you to create an account or a password, and we do not use your email to send marketing unless you separately opt in. We do not sell your email address.

Your palm image and biometric data

Your palm photo is used only to create your reading and your keepsake PDF, then permanently deleted once your report is generated. We never store your photo or any biometric data. Your reading includes a line sketch embedded in your keepsake PDF; we don’t store the sketch or your photo — they’re deleted once your report is generated. We do not use your image to identify you, and we never sell or share it.

What we keep is the text of your reading, so you can access it again, along with your account and purchase records needed for support, payment, and accounting. If you ever need another copy of your reading, we can regenerate your PDF from that stored text — it contains no image of your hand.

Your palm photo and line drawing are encrypted in transit and at rest for the brief time they exist, and are never reviewed by a human — only our system processes them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it, including: cloud hosting and storage; AI processing providers who help generate your reading; our payment processor (Stripe); and our email provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including your palm images, by contacting us at the address below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA; we honor applicable requests.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies (for example, to keep your reading available during your visit) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
