These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PalmSensei (the “Service”), operated by Amazica Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

PalmSensei is an AI-assisted palm-reading service. You upload photographs of your hands and we generate a personalized reading drawing on multiple palmistry practices. Readings are produced by automated systems.

Multiple AI systems. PalmSensei is powered by more than one AI system. To keep the Service reliable, a reading may be generated by different AI models at different times, so the wording and style of readings may vary somewhat from one to another.

For entertainment and self-reflection only

The Service is provided for reflection, self-insight, and entertainment. Readings are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and must not be relied upon as such. They do not predict specific future events. Always seek a qualified professional for medical, financial, legal, or mental-health decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service.

No accounts

No accounts. PalmSensei does not require or offer user accounts or passwords. Each reading is provided as a one-time service: your reading is shown to you at the time of purchase and delivered to your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide; if it is entered incorrectly, we may be unable to deliver your reading or PDF, though you may contact us through our Contact page for assistance.

Per-reading service. Each palm reading is a separate purchase. Payment entitles you to the specific reading generated for that purchase, delivered on screen and by email; it does not entitle you to future or additional readings.

Purchases, pricing, and refunds

Some features require a one-time payment, shown to you before purchase and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Promotional pricing may change from time to time. Because readings are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final; however, if a reading you paid for fails to generate or is not delivered, contact us and we will re-deliver it or provide a refund at our discretion.

Your palm photo and content

When you upload a palm photo, you grant PalmSensei a limited license to use that image for one purpose only: creating your reading and your keepsake PDF. Your palm photo is then permanently deleted once your report is generated, and we never store it as biometric data. Your reading includes a line sketch embedded in your keepsake PDF; we don’t store the sketch or your photo — they’re deleted once your report is generated. We keep only the text of your reading. We do not use your image to identify you, we do not use it to train models, and we never sell or share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading content you have no right to; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Your reading is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, complete, or will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazica Holdings LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amazica Holdings LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
